Vinci-Designs follows a specific set of steps when working with a new client or when developing a new campaign for an existing client. Our process is as follows and has been developed to insure we develop a product that is right for our client the very first time in an efficient manner:

• Project Discussion - our first step is to thoroughly discuss your needs and get as much informaiton as we can before we provide you with a price quote. We make sure we understand exactly what you are looking to achieve and we also make sure we are on the same page with our client in all areas of the project before moving forward.
• Data Collection - we feel it is paramount to collect all data needed to begin the project before it begins. This includes, text, photos, music, videos, and any other collateral assets associated with the project. Not collecting all data before the project begins can lead to a misguided estimate of our time and costs. Or the project size or scope may need to change once all data is collected. Therefore, we always recommend that the project goals are clear and all data and assets are in our posession before we begin.
• Timelines Established - once we have everything we need to begin, we establish an estimated timeline from start to completion for the project. This timeline remaining intact, requires our clients to give us feedback when asked and respond in a timely manner. Otherwise, we ammend the timeline to coincide with any delays in correspondence. We feel its important to keep our clients expectations in check and to always be honest about the progress of every project.
• Client Follow-Up - after completing the project tasks, we always follow up with our clients and make sure we have exceeded their expectations and sucessfully completed all the project goals. Some of our projects are cumulative or progressive which means they change or evolve over time, such as an online marketing campaign, therefore, we conitually check in with our clients and make sure things are headed in the right direction. If they are not, we will do everything in our power to help steer the project back on course and make the project a success.
