We are the web experts, and even if we did not build your site, we are familiar in all types of website coding and formatting. Therefore maintaining any website is a breeze. Don’t waste your company’s time trying to do it yourself, when we can accomplish this task in a fraction of the time!

We offer two types of website maintenance, for both existing clients and for individuals or business just looking to find someone to outsource their website maintenance needs to.

Hourly Maintenance

We offer an hourly rate of $90.00 per hour for maintenance services. Clients are billed in 15 minute increments after the first half hour of service.

This option is best for those clients who do not foresee a lot of changes to their website, or changes that are more sporadic in nature and paying on a monthly basis when updates may only be needed every six months.

Monthly Maintenance Packages

If your website requires a certain amount of changes, updates, or edits on a consistent monthly basis, we offer the following packages to save some money on the hourly rate as well as have the ability to accumulate"rollover maintenance hours" over a few months if need be.

Web site maintenance Package includes following services

• Priority service, shorter Turn Around (1-2 Business Days)
• Update, correct or create new HTML web pages as requested
• Image scanning, optimization and adding images to web sites
• Verify all links
• Does not include layout or structural changes, Flash animation, database and ASP, PHP, CF, etc. programming work.

Web Site Maintenance Packages

Start Up Businesses and Small Businesses 3 Hour maintenance $240 / month Mid-Size 5 hours maintenance $400 / month Large Businesses 10 hours maintenance $800 / month Large Corporations and Organizations 20 hours maintenance $1600 / month

Rollover Hours

Most businesses and their needs vary throughout the year. Some businesses have seasonal promotions, while others simply have a busy and slow season. We understand this and therefore include in all our maintenance plan a "Rollover Feature." We will rollover any unused hours from previous months for up to three months. This way, if our clients do have months that require more updates or edits, we can handle them without our clients incurring additional fees for extra time.

For instance, if you are signed up for 5 hour package, and only used two hours for Month 1, and 3 hours for Month 2, that would mean you have 5 rollover hours for Month 3, as well as the 5 hours already allotted for Month 3, for a total of 10 hours without incurring additional fees for our time.
